my cooking philosophy

Food is a primary and vital need. Everyone has to go through the kitchen one day or another. Some fear this moment because cooking means effort. Indeed, you have to do the purchases, think about the dish, take the risk of missing and then clean everything, all this seems exhausting. I hope that this website will change your mindset on the issue since like any passionate, I wanted to share with you what makes me alive and happy. I guarantee that by following my advices, you will feel the sense of satisfaction you feel after making a dish by yourself and sharing it with the people you love. In my opinion, you have to follow three criteria, that I think, are critical to achieve that goal. The first is the quality because good preparation begins with good products, this factor is not negligible. What’s better than going to the market, smelling and touching fruits and vegetables, connecting with merchants and choosing your products meticulously. Second, the setup is crucial for a successful dish. Having a clean work surface, with all the religiously collected ingredients, will help you to have a clear head for the preparation. Third, visual presentation is probably one of the most important points of each creation.  Michel Troisgros, chef of the three-star restaurant Troisgros, says: «the palate is the second sense that confirms the satisfaction of the eye». I follow this logic daily by paying special attention to dressage and especially to the art of the table. A dish can be totally different depending on how you present it, don’t you agree? Cooking requires the mobilization of all the senses so that the experience is all the more exceptional. Well, it’s time for me to let you navigate through the recipes I created and reworked to my sauce, but keep in mind that nothing is frozen in Cuisine, so add your pinch of salt!
