ORIENTAL CULTURE

Very attached to the Moroccan culture through my grandmother, my way to cook and to decorate are strongly influenced by it. Mosaics, colors, arabesques and all the decorative elements of oriental culture rocked my childhood. My grandmother always struggled so that each Friday we could have a wonderful night dinner for Sabbath. With different tableware and endless dishes, I have been nourished by this culture all my life and today, I draw my inspiration in this

culture à la française

France shines worldwide for its art of the table. Just walk into Saint-Germain area to admire all the flea markets for silverware and old crockery that flood the Parisian sidewalks. Having grandparents from French Algeria with a strong French identity, I had the chance to immerse myself in it. I use Christofle tableware for my French aspired dishes. In terms of tableware and silverware, they are the ultimate in the French savoir-faire. You are not unaware that we eat first with our eyes, so I couldn't create a page where I share what I cook without talking about the art and aesthetics of the table. The visual aspect of a dish is crucial for total tasting satisfaction. Indeed, beautiful crockery, plates in accordance with the color of the dishes, dressing, are essential and will be the factors that will elevate your dishes to another level. So here you will find table inspirations.

I dedicate this page to my beloved grandmother, my mima. Gourmet, refined, sophisticated, she is the one who, through my mother, gave me the desire to do well. Always with a smile…
