Asian shrimp salad, white rice, carrot, and zucchini
Ingredients
1 Carrot
1 Zucchini
Coriander
1 Lemon
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
White rice (preferably Basmati)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
Peel the carrot and zucchini ENTIRELY.
Finely chop cilantro.
Put the vegetables, cilantro, and half a lemon juice in a bowl and let it rest.
Throw your basmati rice.
Shell your shrimp (keep the carcasses for other preparations).
Prepare the sauce by adding sesame oil, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
