OSAKA BLUEFIN TUNA CEVICHE




It’s fresh, it’s just assembly, and it’s good! Ceviche is the dish you need for a hot afternoon or a desire for lightness. This recipe does not require any specific technique except a fine cut and attention to detail in your execution of the recipe.


Japanese style Bluefin Tuna Ceviche


Ingredients

  • Bunch of coriander

  • Lime

  • Ginger

  • Bluefin tuna

  • Sesame oil

  • Sesame seeds

  • Soy sauce


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add chopped ginger with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, half a lime and chopped cilantro. (The quantities depend on your taste, however you have to find the right balance between the acidity of the lemon, the salty soy sauce and the roundness and aroma of the sesame oil).

  2. Finely slice the bluefin tuna homogeneously.

  3. Place the salmon in a dish (preferably hollow).

  4. Pour in the marinade 10-15 minutes before tasting

  5. Enjoy!
