Japanese style Bluefin Tuna Ceviche

Bunch of coriander
Lime
Ginger
Bluefin tuna
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce
Instructions
In a bowl, add chopped ginger with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, half a lime and chopped cilantro. (The quantities depend on your taste, however you have to find the right balance between the acidity of the lemon, the salty soy sauce and the roundness and aroma of the sesame oil).
Finely slice the bluefin tuna homogeneously.
Place the salmon in a dish (preferably hollow).
Pour in the marinade 10-15 minutes before tasting
Enjoy!
