Ingredients
Philadephia cream cheese
Greek yogurt
Chives
Garlic (optional)
Lemon
Beef steak
Tomato (beefsteak ones preferred)
Red onion

Instructions
Make the Creamy sauce by mixing a large spoon of Philadelphia cream cheese with a small Greek yogurt.
Chop the chives and add to the mixture.
Squeeze a garlic clove and add it to the mix (if you don’t like garlic, this step is optional).
Squeeze in 1/2 lemon in the mixture then set aside
Cut your tomatoes transversely
Chisel a red onion very finely so that you can see through, like on the photos (you need a sharp knife).
Season your steak and sear it on each side 1 minute 30 sec to have a cooking as in the photo (adapted your cooking to the thickness of the steak).
Reserve the steak then toast the breads in the pan in which you cooked the steak to recover the precious juices.
Assemble the sandwich and clean the juice of your meat on the board with the bread to leave nothing!
