Anne-Sophie Pic
This chef is at the origin of my best culinary experience. At Beau-rivage, a palace in Lausanne, Anne-Sophie Pic overwhelmed me. Subtlety and femininity are what I retain from this experience and that I try to reproduce as best as I can.
Jean Imbert
I first met Jean Imbert through the Top Chef program which I actively followed when I was younger. I admire this chef who had to impose himself and who was often criticized because of his style which tends to break the codes. He is the leader of the new generation, because he brings modernity to French gastronomy. Now chef of the Restaurant Dior, the Plaza Athénée and the Orient-Express, he is versatile and is, in my opinion, an example of success in this very selective modern gastronomic world.
Jean-François Piège is the tradition and durability of a cuisine that has made France shine. I advise everyone to check out his video series, in partnership with Le Point, entitled: "Tombez dans le piège". The love of good French cuisine, the nobility and elegance of the gastronomy he offers seduce me. For meat lovers, I strongly recommend his restaurant Clover grill, in Paris.
